PLC Progammer (Engineer) – Automotive (m/w/d)

Tasks:

  • Virtual commissioning of automated solutions            
  • Program PLC and HMI (Siemens; Allan Bradley; ...)
  • Define the more suitable design and components for automation solutions (Manufacture, Tooling, Module Design, …)
  • Optimized assembly process through automation (robot, AGV, assembly lines.)
  • Fulfilment on performance KPI: OEE, cycle time
  • Set up vision system (camera) for different environments and components            
  • Collaborate in project documentation E-Plan, Pneumatic Plan, PLC Programs as manuals, Risk assessments, Machinery FMEA.
  • To participate the activities of new projects, from the initial phase (definition and specifications) to the SOP, assuring the learning processes and application of lessons learned.
  • Supports customer (plants) with service on existing cells (Off-Line; On-line)
  • Provide trainings inside organization
  • Deep knowledge on PLC and HMI programming
  • Good knowledge on programming robot (Fanuc, ABB)
  • Good knowledge on MES Interfaces, IT infrastructure            
  • General Knowledge on assembly process (tightening, clipping, placing, conveyors, ...)            
  • Vision system configuration

Skills:

  • Degree in engineering with professional Experience in assembly and logistics processes of which at least two years in the automotive industry
  • PLC / HMI Advance Knowledge (Design, Simulation, Programming,...)
  • Industrial IT knowledge (Communication, devices,..)
  • Lean concepts and methods (Kaizen 5s, Kanban, Value Stream, Lean Automation,...)
  • Project Experience
  • Project Management (KPI, timelines, requirements,…)            
  • Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics
  • Good intercultural skills
  • Business fluent in English and Czech
  • Full availability to travel
